Service Description

We live the creonte lifestyle and encourage our students to cross train. So much so, that Coach Bill and Olivia cross train 1-2 times a week. Our students can join us, or they are encouraged to drop in where ever they like. When you see cross training on the schedule this does not mean we have a class at our gym. This is time set aside that we will be dropping into other gyms to cross train.
